Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on piv55, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and piv55. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and piv55 relating to your use of the Platform. piv55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform interface or by email to their registered address. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

To register and use piv55, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. piv55 does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual. Automated accounts, bots, scripts, or registrations by legal entities acting other than as individuals are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, in addition to meeting any Indonesian legal requirements applicable to your specific situation.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of piv55 or any of its affiliated companies, or a spouse, partner, or immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction imposed by piv55 or any gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

piv55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued ID — at any time and for any reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe speci fied may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

To access piv55's full range of services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one piv55 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. piv55 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
• Username and Password: Your chosen username must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe any third-party rights. Passwords must meet piv55's minimum security requirements as specified during the registration process.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify piv55 of any changes to your registered details. You may update your personal information by contacting our support team or through the account settings page.

Deposits & Withdrawals

piv55 supports a range of Indonesian local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.

Supported Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at piv55's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via supported local bank transfer channels are typically credited instantly or within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Delays caused by the Player's own bank or e-wallet provider are outside piv55's control.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: piv55 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–60 minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Processing times may be longer outside these hours or during periods of high transaction volume.
• Zero Withdrawal Fees: piv55 does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which piv55 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the piv55 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in the Player's account dashboard. Players on the VIP program may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

piv55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual transaction patterns are detected. Players must cooperate fully with any such requests.

Bonuses & Promotions

piv55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms detailed in each promotion's individual offer page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the specified time limit will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide, sports betting contributes 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) contributes 20%. Slot games from participating studios typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates may vary by promotion.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless piv55 expressly permits otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: piv55 defines bonus abuse as any deliberate strategy designed to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or placing low-risk wagers that technically satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses forfeited and may be subject to account closure.
• Promotional Modifications: piv55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been credited and are being actively wagered in good faith.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets offered on piv55 are governed by specific product-level rules published within each game or betting interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across the entire platform:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. piv55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted if the Player has sufficient cleared funds in their account balance at the time of placement. piv55 does not offer credit facilities of any kind.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, piv55's system will either complete the round according to the game's RNG outcome or, where a live dealer game is interrupted, suspend the round and refund the stake. The resolution method depends on the specific game provider's technical protocol.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction and daily winnings limits apply across all product categories. These limits are communicated within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by account tier.
• Odds and RTP: Sports betting odds are set by piv55's trading team and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. All slot and RNG game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are certified by the respective game studios and are available on request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on piv55 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or other competitive game formats, to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to piv55 support immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from a known bug will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, using piv55's odds in combination with another platform's odds.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from illegal activities, or using piv55 in any manner that facilitates money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward piv55 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the piv55 platform — including but not limited to the piv55 name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of piv55 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the piv55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the piv55 platform without our express prior written consent.

Game titles, logos, and branding displayed on piv55 — including those belonging to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on piv55 under licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, piv55 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform, its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

• piv55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, Force Majeure events, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability.
• piv55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if piv55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In all cases, piv55's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their piv55 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• piv55 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to sports statistics, odds data, or game results, which may be subject to technical error or delay.

Account Suspension & Termination

piv55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as notified to the Player before deduction commences.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player themselves.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring piv55 to restrict or terminate the account.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, piv55 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any pending investigations, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting piv55 support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which piv55 holds its international gaming licence. By using piv55, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

In relation to Indonesian players specifically, you acknowledge that you are accessing piv55 of your own volition and that you are responsible for determining whether such access is lawful under Indonesian law as it applies to your particular circumstances. piv55 makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and piv55 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
